Community Care Gaming is a trading name of ESG Corporate Community Interest Company. We are incorporated as a not-for-profit and with no share capital Community Interest Company (CIC). We are independently regulated by the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies and registered with the Fundraising Regulator.
Entering our fourth year, we are still a relatively new, boot-strapped, start-up organisation operating in the HealthTech sector. Born out of the lived experience of social isolation, loneliness and losing family members to dementia, we are a small, kind and friendly team that consistently punches above our weight. Our ambition and social purpose is simple; we want to work with partners to understand how esports and virtual reality might reduce loneliness and social isolation; reduce the risk factors for dementia; and aid stroke survivors recovery.
There are many ways to become involved with Community Care Gaming.
With approval from our board and the Office of the Regulator of Community Interest Companies, we anticipate donating up to 25% of our surplus annually to charities in this space. The remainder of our surplus will be reinvested back in to our products, helping us to broaden our reach and further evaluate our impact.
