Join the waiting list for a free virtual workshop

Access to THE DOME by Community Care Gaming will initially be restricted to facilitated group discovery workshops. Our team will come to your community setting and deliver a half day, evaluated experiential workshop. We will provide all the equipment needed, including the use of top-of-the-range virtual reality headsets for a fully immersive experience or tables for a 2D experience. All we need from you are some plug sockets, access to wifi or landline, and a small space to demo. The experiential workshops will be available for groups of between eight and twelve people and offered at no cost and we would ask if you can pay for our facilitators travel expenses only. 

The half day discovery workshop will include an introduction to virtual reality, a hands-on tour of THE DOME by Community Care Gaming, and an opportunity to undertake group and individual tasks such as yoga, meditation, mindfulness or a fitness session. 

We would ask participants to complete a short pre and post-workshop questionnaire during our time together.  The discovery workshops are specifically aimed at those aged 50 years and over and can be tailored to suit their abilities and mobility. Community Care Gaming has full public, personal accident and liability insurance in place and we can provide a risk assessment if required.
